Noam Chomsky says President Trump's move to defund the World Health Organization for its supposed "insidious relations with China" is "typical behavior of autocrats and dictators," which is to blame others for your own failures. “In the United States, it’s unfortunately the case … that it’s always easy to blame 'The Yellow Peril.'"
