Agents: Hawaii man netted in child porn sting planned to livestream sex assault

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Hawaii man is being accused of sexually exploiting children using an online messenger and chatrooms.

Agents claim the suspect, Justin Dale Furr, posted pictures of a young girl online and told chatroom users he planned to drug her and let others watch him sexually assault her in an online livestream.

Furr lowered his head as he was driven into the federal building by Homeland Security agents on Monday morning.

According to a criminal complaint, an undercover agent with the Hawaii Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was tipped off to someone exploiting children online.

The suspect, who used the display name, “Chandler Grape," allegedly posted pornographic videos and pictures and distributed these for others in the chatroom.

The court documents say one picture showed a young girl and included the statement, “I have gotten her drunk before or high and done stuff.”

He also allegedly told other users that he was going to “drug her and live video us."

The complaint goes on to say there were several other minor females being assaulted in the various videos. The girls ranged in ages from 8 to 16 years old, authorities said.

Law enforcement traced the IP addresses to a St. Louis Heights home and executed a search warrant on Saturday.

Furr apparently admitted that he was the chatroom user, but said he had been kicked off the site for violating the terms and conditions for use.

Records show that Furr served in the United States Marine Corp and worked for the courts on the East Coast before moving to Hawaii.
