Hollow Horn is a descendant of the Wounded Knee Massacre. She spoke in support of H.R.3467, the Remove the Stain Act. 

The bill, which has bipartisan support, rescinds the Medals of Honor awarded to the men who participated in the massacre of 300 Lakota people at Wounded Knee in South Dakota on December 29, 1890.
